Posting time
Depending on what you have ordered, posting times may vary. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, custom work such as Pet Portraits can take a few days longer. We try to keep the relevant pages updated with current waiting times, if it is expected to be longer than the standard 1-3 business days. Please bare in mind that public holidays and weekends will add additional time.
Busy times
During busy periods such as Christmas, time to post orders may also take slightly longer as most of our products are handmade by us. We will try out best to provide accurate waiting times.
Packing materials
We only use recycled or recyclable materials in our packaging.
UK postage rates
We try to keep our postage costs as low as possible. They are based on the weight and physical size of your order and is calculated at checkout. For example an A4 print will cost £1.64 for 1st class postage in a card backed envelope. An A3 print would cost £3.70 and is sent in a cardboard poster tube. Custom work often has free postage in the UK!
European and International delivery information
We are happy to ship to most countries around the world. The postage rates will be calculated at the checkout and are based on weight and size.
Europe
Within Europe, delivery for an A4 print will cost £4.25 for standard postage in a card backed envelope. An A3 print would cost £5.35 and is sent in a cardboard poster tube.
Rest of the World
Postage outside Europe is also available. Delivery for an A4 print will cost around £6 for standard postage in a card backed envelope. An A3 print would cost around £8 and is sent in a cardboard poster tube. The exact price will be displayed during checkout and is dependant on what country you reside.
